Coming to America in 1872 Robert Kronovet’s family’s first order of business was establishing a home for their children. Back then as now the American dream of home ownership has remained unchanged. The drive to educate, teach, house and love each other established these new Americans as not only citizens but as community stake holders as well. In 1882 Robert Kronovet’s great grand parents bought there first house in Hartford, Connecticut. The pride of ownership was so strong and that several of the children and their grand children went on to law school, established brokerage companies and went as far as one could in defending private property rights, even landing as a full professor at Harvard University (Harold Berman, Esq.) The dedication and commitment to property rights combined with the practice of fair and even dealings is a long established tradition at the Kronovet Realty Companies.

Robert Kronovet's Family 1887  Hartford, Connecticut

Beginning in New York in the late 60's Saul Duff Kronovet Esq. believed in the power and importance of Real Estate and private property rights. For over 25 years Saul's law practices was interwoven with his expertise and personal believe in the apartment business. It's steady growth and community importance gave many people quality places to live. Saul Duff Kronovet, a tax lawyer and the president of Consolidated Properties, Mr. Kronovet specialized in real estate.

Mr. Kronovet was a former senior partner of the law firm of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler, and was an adjunct associate professor of law at New York University. With his youngest son Robert the Kronovet's developed and managed large and small scale apartment projects in Houston Texas, Silver Springs Maryland and Manhattan.

Saul Duff Kronovet, Esq

With a mentor like Saul Duff Kronovet, Robert went west to bring the family’s understanding and knowledge to Los Angeles.  Settling in Santa Monica in 1987 Robert Kronovet started with several apartment buildings and residential properties.  Robert's career has been steady;  building on one success after another. Robert's first step was to manage his own properties then with his CA broker’s license in hand he began to offer his services to other apartment owners on the Westside. 
“I treat the tenants like clients and keep the owners up to date and happy.” Robert’s point of view regarding dealing with tenants keeps hassles and problems down to a minimum. Robert is serving as Santa Monica City official having been elected as a member of the Rent Control Board Commissioner and as Chairman of the Pico Improvement Organization.
